Hi, I'm Taylor.
I'm a senior product designer specializing in complex, regulated systems in healthcare. I conduct research and build product strategy for both enterprise and startup B2B companies. I design the interactions, run usability testing, and refine based on how they perform.
I design multi-persona workflows spanning hospital administrators, credentialing specialists, providers, and more. I collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and company leadership to create strategies that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
My recent work has used AI inside the product to increase efficiency and reduce cognitive load in error detection. I also established a new AI design process that shortens the time it takes to understand a problem space and produce a data-informed solution.
Over the past year and a half, I've also mentored junior designers on stakeholder communication, interaction design, and design handoff. This fall I begin an MS in Human Factors, studying how people think and act under heavy workloads and competing demands.
Before design, I spent a decade in restaurants and craft beverage, five of those years managing bars and restaurants. The work was staffing, scheduling, compliance, and keeping throughput up under pressure. I design for those same problems now.
If that's the kind of problem you're hiring for, I'd like to hear about it.
